Their set up is the same as the Yeah Yeah Yeahs', a female vocalist (L Dead), a drummer (Sammy Dead) and a guitarist (Jay Dead). The only difference being that the guitarist also composes the bass and programming as well." "Unlike a lot of artists today, who are using the "Super Mario" sound as a gimmick and a way of getting noticed, YLHCSD have made sure that the songs they have produced will fill out a venue and make it dance non-stop. The underlying bass lines in every single song on their MySpace make you want to jump and scream "thank fuck I'm alive".
